Implement the Pronto CMMS for all CSI sites.
The project entailed the roll out of the maintenance business processes standards and included the development and supporting the Pronto CMMS for all CSI sites within Australia.

Goldfields – St Ives Gold Mine – Kambalda Australia
Implement the Pronto CMMS for Underground and Mining Maintenance.
Initial scope included building the plant structure for the underground operations of all the St. Ives mines at the Kambalda operations using Pronto CMMS. This involved the setup, training & mentoring of the U/G maintenance department crews, building the preventive maintenance procedures and tasks for system generation and train the assigned maintenance planner to continue the planning functions.

Implement the Mainpac CMMS for Fixed Plant.
The scope included the review of the current system status and utilisation of the Mainpac CMMS. Re-implement the maintenance planning processes, rebuilding the plant equipment structure including technical details. Create preventive maintenance procedures (PM’s) and the training/mentoring of the fixed plant planning department maintenance personal in the practice of preventive maintenance processes using Mainpac.
Setup electronic purchase requisitions & stock issues using the Mainpac system, train and support the supply personnel in the use of Mainpac

Implement the Mainpac CMMS for Mobile Mining Fleet.
The scope included building the mobile plant structure for the Komatsu mobile fleet within Mainpac. Setup, train & mentor the mobile fleet planning department mobile maintenance crews. Build the preventive maintenance procedures and tasks for system generation using Mainpac.

Centamin Gold Mine – Pharaoh Gold Mine, Egypt.
Implement the Mainpac CMMS for Fixed Plant and Evaluate Supply/Stores setup including data cleansing of the Purchase Supply data.
Implement the maintenance planning processes, rebuild the plant equipment structure including technical details, create preventive maintenance procedures (PM’s), training and mentoring of the fixed plant planning department maintenance personal in the practice of preventive maintenance processes using Mainpac.

St Barbara – Marvel Loch, Western Australia
Evaluation and Re-Implement the Pronto CMMS for Fixed Plant.
The project included the review and re-alignment of the Maintenance data in the Pronto CMMS strategy including plant and work order coding, preventive maintenance (PM’s) procedures, system, plant KPI’s including the training and mentoring of site personnel in the use of the Pronto system.

Maintenance Systems Support Officer for Australia & Africa using Pronto (CMMS).
The position entailed personal support & maintaining the company maintenance business processes and standards supporting all Barrick sites using Pronto CMMS within Australia and Africa.

Barrick Mining – Perth, Western Australia
Develop Maintenance Training Documentation for Conversion to Oracle.
The project was to produce the training documentation for the Oracle role out and assist with the implementation of the Australian sites that converted to the Oracle CMMS.

Barrick Mining – Bulyanhulu Gold Mine Tanzania, Africa
Implement the Pronto CMMS for Surface Infrastructure and Process Plant Maintenance.
The scope included being responsible for the Implementation of the Pronto CMMS this included the training and developing the Kahama gold mine workforce in the use of Pronto and training of the planning departments for fixed plant and site infrastructure.

Nusa Halmahera Minerals (Newcest Mining) – Indonesia
Implement the Mainpac CMMS for the Infrastructure and Process Plant Maintenance.
Responsible for the implementation of the maintenance structure and strategy of Mainpac CMMS interfaced with the Sun accounting system. This also included employing, train and developing the national planners, and hand over the responsibilities to a national planners.

Normandy Mining – Golden Grove Operations W.A, Base Metals Mine
Golden Grove Operations W.A, Base Metals Mine (Zinc, Copper, Lead).
Responsible for the maintenance planning department, consisting of 2 maintenance planners and a planning clerk. System improvements to Pronto CMMS and streamline the planning process.
Normandy Mining – Waihi Gold Mine, Waihi New Zealand
Implement the maintenance structure and strategy using the Mainpac CMMS and at a later stage having involvement in the implementation of SAP.
Normandy Mining – Big Bell Gold Mine, Cue W.A.
The project included the set up the maintenance strategy for the new underground project. Servicing all mobile & ancillary equipment associated with the underground operation.
